Stitched by hand here in Naarm (Melbourne) using “waste” fabrics and thread leftover from embroidery projects over the years, this set of 12 badges showing the instantly-recognisable icons for the foundational principles of Permaculture can be applied to all sorts of purposes.

Sew them onto a jacket, or on a hatband for engaging personal wear; attach them to a 12-sided jumbo dice or soft hexie ball for use in teaching situations; use them as discussion prompts by attaching to fabric bunting hung in community spaces. There are loads of possibilities.
